Last week, year 3 had a visit from Queen Elizabeth. They thoroughly enjoyed the kings and queens workshop and have learnt so much about the history of our kings and queens. We have been referring back to the workshop throughout our learning and will continue to do so this half term.

Year 3 have just started learning how to write to entertain since returning after half term. We have been using colourful semantics to build sentences and we are so proud of the children’s efforts. This piece of writing deserves a particular shout out and goes to prove how a passion for reading can lead to beautiful writing. ✍️
